The Omaha World Herald Omaha Dines section featured the upcoming Growing Gardeners Workshop on Bone Broth. The workshop takes place at City Sprouts on Saturday, December 8, teaching home cooks how to make bone broth, which can offer health benefits and is great as a base for soups and stews.
The class, which is limited to 15 participants, will include samples and some broth to take home. Students will and learn about the possible healing properties of bone broth and gelatin, which can help reduce inflammation, stress and have anti-aging properties.
